How I'd describe myself

I was employed at Balmain Leagues Club for eleven years, nine of those years in the position of duty manager, in charge of risk and safety, and moved in to food and beverage operations. I’m currently working at the Kirribilli Club as a customer service manager (duty manager), as well as cellar and purchasing. Whilst just recently taking on human resources, social media marketing, internal promotions and compliance.

Over these 14 years, I have developed strong leadership skills by utilising and maturing my values, a working culture of achievement, humanistic encouragement and a solid customer service strategy. I can also develop, maintain and grow positive relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and stakeholders in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
