How I'd describe myself

I have experience in customer service face-to-face and at contact centre, administration, bookkeeping and finance. Recently I started learning a little bit of skill on construction drafting using AutoCAD.
I have several years experience in hospitality (restaurant/cafe) service during my university time (2008-2011). I also have experience in call centre where I communicate with customers in two languages (English and Vietnamese), the role was advising customers Telstra products, solving problems and sales. We had a target to achieve every month.
I have one year work full time in administration role in the call centre, where I work with a team 10 people, on different shifts. Our main tasks were receiving incoming call from staff, clients, or other people who were looking for staff (as company rule, staffs cannot use phone at work), scheduling depend on staff timetable (full time, part time, casual) and base on client' requirement, processing staff'HR forms.

What I'm looking for

1. I am looking for an office administration role, the ideal is inside construction industry and I can help with AutoCAD. However, general administration role is good.
2. I also like to look for a job in finance, such as financial service consultant or bank teller.
