How I'd describe myself
I am a resilient and creative individual with a well developed career in Customer Service for some of Australia's most well known companies, including FlexiRent, Harvey Norman, APM Management, Optus, EB Games and QuikTrak Networks (King Communications) since 1998.
I am a hard working self starter with an inherently reliable work ethic and enjoy being the point of contact for customers requiring 'that' point of contact to have their enquiries resolved at the earliest instance.
